We maintain our clients’ accounting books and personnel records reliably and with the utmost care. On an ongoing basis, we provide reliable information which is indispensable for an entrepreneur to plan future market operations. We always deliver reports concerning particular settlement periods in a timely manner. We cooperate with large family businesses run as commercial companies and with foreign capital groups which we assist in their development on the domestic market. The detailed scope of accounting services we offer includes:

  • preparation, in cooperation with the client, of a company chart of accounts meeting the requirements of the Accounting Act of September 29, 1994,
  • preparation of a database (opening of accounts),
  • maintenance of accounting books on the basis of documents provided by the client,
  • preparation of periodical group reports according to client's standards,
  • preparation of annual financial statements prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act of September 29, 1994, an
  • cooperation with the client's auditors.

Tax services we provide are an integral part of our accounting services, including:

  • preparation of calculations of the monthly base and advance payments for corporate income tax,
  • preparation of annual corporate income tax returns,
  • drawing up monthly VAT declarations,
  • timely submitting the aforementioned declarations to the relevant authorities,
  • reports for statistical bodies of the state administration (GUS), the National Bank of Poland and preparation of other than listed above settlements and declarations for tax authorities, if required,
  • contact with tax authorities,
  • tax audits, and
  • tax optimization.

We also handle payroll and human resources for our clients. Here our offer includes:

  • registration of the entity and its employees in Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS),
  • calculation and preparation of payroll for full-time employees,
  • settlement of civil law contracts (e.g. mandate contracts),
  • keeping records of working time, holiday leaves, employee absences,
  • keeping records of periodic medical examinations and H&S training courses,
  • making remuneration transfers to employees' bank accounts,
  • drafting and sending ZUS declarations DRA, RSA, RZA, IWA,
  • drafting and sending PFRON declarations,
  • monthly calculations of advances for personal income tax,
  • annual tax returns pit-8r, pit-4r,
  • preparing annual tax returns of employees pit-11,
